I agree. This is a big problem when trying to add a new user record passed from another application. The data provided will not have a SmartSuite record ID to search with obviously, and my data can get users from two other sources.

It is very difficult to prevent or at least limit duplicated records when I can't search for some other field information such as the email address (yes I understand email addresses can change or "die" but I need some criteria to validate a unique new record to add to my comprehensive database).

This will greatly help in preventing duplicates!
