Missing Permission on the Solution level

In our case, we want all members to be able to create new records. But only the assigned person is allowed to see the record (no editing). All other members are not allowed to see the record they are not assigned to. And only the creator or owner of the record is permitted to see and edit the record.

Hello Martin Lis! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you clarify what you mean by 'record'? What kind of information does a record contain in this context?
- Could you provide more details on the roles of the members? Are there different levels of access or permissions based on roles?
- What happens when a record is assigned to a new person? Should the previous owner still have access to the record?

Hello Jon Darbyshire!
- It’s a simple record containing basic information such as a task, status, due date, description, and notes.
- Currently, most employees have Assignee or Assignee+ permissions.
- When I currently assign a record to a team member, they have the ability to view and edit its content. However, I want the assigned person to only be able to view the content without editing it. At the same time, they should be allowed to create new records in this table. The owner of the record, who initially created it, should be the only one with the ability to view and make changes to the record. Nobody else should be allowed to see this record except of the Creator and the person who is assigned to.
