We want our customers to fill out forms and when the setting in the multi-select or single select field is turned on "Allow users to create new choices", that users can also add new options right inside a form when filling it out.

Same applies for Tags etc.

e.g. we want to capture the Software tools the customers are using.

Whenever they add a new tool, it should become available in the list and they can select it again the next time they fill in the form.
