As I already mentioned in another request, in my opinion, My Work is the main place for most of the team members. Thus, it should be much more functional. This is the only place where all tasks from different solutions assigned to the person can be viewed together. So, to plan the day, you have to go to My Work. But its functionality is very limited. Please, check how it is done in Today view of Todoist. Simple and functional. The best task organization in my opinion. And the great part of it is to be able to review your tasks in Kanban view. This way you can easy drug and drop tasks from overdue to today, or from today to tomorrow.
