Need to see date email was sent in Communication Center

Right now, emails sent through the Communication Center show an unhelpful duration since sent like "2 months ago". I need to know the date an email was sent. Please just show this instead. It would actually take up less space.

Jeff Eusebio There is a workaround, until they implement this change. If you hover over the the duration it will show you the actual date/time

Thanks Rachel Dew! I wonder if that's new? It pops up really quickly on the hover over so I think I would have / should have seen it prior. Either way, glad it's there!

Jeff Eusebio It could be. Either way, like you, I still would like to see the actual time vs the duration without having to hover.

Agreed ... As I am learning to use this more I am finding the generic use of time (2 days ago, 1 month ago) really frustrating. These kinds of time stamps anywhere are poor substitutes for the actual day and time timestamp that nearly every communication has. I would really appreciate this as an upgraded experience. We use/reference time sensitive information all the time. Thanks for listening.
