New PREFERENCE Field Type

Would like a Field Type where Solution Manager can populate a number of 'values' which the User can then put in order of preference.
Use case:
Favourite Editing Software:
Adobe Premiere Pro
Final Cut Pro
Divinci
CapCut
User to re-arrange those 4 in their order of preference.
Could be part of Multiple Select Field where there is an additional option to re-arrange values once selected, or also have an [ ] 'auto select all' checkbox option.

this would be even better if for example this is being used in multiple places to create master single / multi selects. if Fav Editing software is being in multiple apps or solutions, then the changes can be made in one place and filter to all child instances
