Open Record Customized/Linked to Specific Views

Every time I open a record in a different view, I'd like it to look different according to that view and display relavant information. Essentially having a basic record display that is a customizable default (like it is currently) but having the option to change that open record layout according to specific filtered views. I have tables that are multipurposed to streamline work.

There are two way you can achieve this now.
A Button field now supports 2 new action types:
- Open an internal form
- Create a record (this one also supports default values specific to each button).
Combining those two approaches you can easily get to the record layout that will be specific to the place to where it was called from.

Yes please. We second this.
We need to be able to create a different open record view for each table’s view if desired.
Different views may dictate that we need to view the record differently and this would enable that.
We do not always want to see the same fields - it depends on the table view we are in.
