SmartSuite pivottables are severely limited in that they allow only numeric values to be pivoted. I created a robust scorecard metric and tracking system for our company, and need to pivot the metrics as rows, weeks as columns, and the "result" field as values. The result field has a color indicator if the metric is on or off track + the numeric result itself reported for that week (examples below).

To my dismay, I discovered that SmartSuite allows only numeric values to be pivoted, so I cannot use my "result" column, rendering SmartSuite very handicapped for Scorecard usage.

If anyone has a workaround for this, I'd appreciate a heads-up. Otherwise, SmartSuite, please add this capability!
