I plan to have a lot of documentation for items like SOP's given certain user roles, and it would be immensely helpful to have the ability to use Power Search within Text Block Widget based on user role permissions.

So, certain documentation only populates in power search if the documentation in the dashboard is visible to them.

What specific user roles should have access to the Power Search feature within the Text Block Widget?
Are there any specific types of documentation that should be prioritized for Power Search visibility based on user roles?
How frequently do you anticipate updating the documentation, and should the Power Search feature accommodate these updates in real-time?

It should match the same criteria currently for user roles at the field/record/solution level. Unless authorized add by admin/solution manager of that dashboard.
I believe outside what is currently visible when you use the Power search that populates (Records/Comments/Files/ Members) possibly add one for Dashboards specifically in text box widgets, FAQ widgets, custom code, and possibly all other widgets that have a relevant title would be immensely helpful. Power search you should be able to search for anything as the screenshot entails but it's not truly all inclusive if it does not include dashboards.
I anticipate as there are more solution creators there will be a need to update documentation within other departments. It will be quite frequent at first while making new transitions from old processes to new SmartSuite enabled, but it is expected to be monthly/quarterly/ annual changes so the Power Search feature will need to update real time.
