Recurring Due Dates
Jon Darbyshire
Hey Jeffrey Parsons, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you would like the start date and time to be determined for the new iteration of the task?
- Are there any specific rules or patterns you follow when manually updating the start date and time for new tasks?
- How frequently do you encounter tasks with recurring due dates in your workflow?

Jon Darbyshire We have a meeting table where we use Smartsuite to track recurring meetings within the company. These meetings always start and end at the same time. Some are weekly, some monthly, etc..... Right now the start date/time is not carrying over and has to be entered manually. Another example, every week at 9 am, our front desk staff has a recurring task to pick up the waiting room between 9 and 9:15. We have MANY recurring tasks in our workflow, as there are things that have to be done on an on-going basis. The start date/time is not always essential to these tasks, but often is.
