My goal in automating the emails is to give a personalized feel, the bottom portion of the email kills that....

id like the ability to remove all mention of this email being an automated message or relationship to a record

Just found this out by sending an email automation, and we turned it off as a result for all clients we email to. When I first came on to the platform my first real issue with it was the over abundant use of SS everywhere in some capacity. Glad to see someone else has put this feature request in place. Thank you!

Yocheved, this is available when you use Gmail or Outlook to send emails. The footer is only displayed for SmartSuite "native" automated emails.

Peter Novosel: what is the upside of using the native smartsuite emails vs Outlook?

Also I noticed that when sending out an email via Outlook , the sent email won't show up in the sent folder of Outlook. Any way to adjust that?

This is great, and on top is the ability to use IMAP/personal emails, because people already trust the domain name of their associates.

I agree with this as well. Also,

within that section there's a note that says "Replies to this email will be posted as comments on the record". When I reply it goes to "noreply@smartsuite.com", but even so it didn't add a comment to the record, at least none that I could see.
