Currently at duplication of a record, the new record inherits the timer with all logged time. That means that time (which was spent ONCE) is now reflected TWICE in they system. That seems like the less optimal default.

By defaulting to set the time to zero in the new record, that also provides an easier way to enable a user to reset the timer to zero.
