Our team got excited when building out our Smartsuite environment and built for "right now" instead of "right". While hindsight is 20/20 we find ourselves creating a new source of truth for many fields. This involves us creating a duplicate field to replace a LookUp field in one solution to only then manually copy that information from the field being referenced and then creating a new LookUp filed where the original soon to be deleted reference field once was.

This becomes even more complex when you have several solutions referencing/looking up a source of truth that most be moved. If there was only a way to designate that a lookup field could become the type of field it is looking up and then have MAGIC renegotiate all the other fields in the schema that are using it that would be WONDERFUL.
