It would be nice to have an ability to release improvements or changes at once after testing. As I've rolled out tools to our team, there are improvements I would like to make to the record and the information we record. I would like to be able to approve changes and launch a batch of changes that would allow them to made the "production version".

- What specific information do you want to record that you currently cannot?
- How frequently do you anticipate needing to launch these batches of changes?

Jon Darbyshire Sure - I'd like to be able to have an "Admin view" or be able to launch an "admin portal" where I can make and test changes prior to deploying them into the record. One way I currently deal with this is to make a duplicate solution, test some formulas and if I like it, move them to the active solution. Every change I make to a single record with a formula changes the last updated date of the record and makes it difficult to see what is actually a new record.
We just launched our "production" version of a solution, updates here would be monthly.
