Select language preferences for shared form

When form is shared, language for Help Text and Placeholders is determined based on the browser language settings. Requesting an ability to force workspace language preferences to be applied to a shared form

Hi Jon, thank you for your questions. 
R1. English is the global solution of course but in CEE we use local languages. So if we can prioritise the following: Czech, Slovak, Polish, Hungarian, German, Italian, French, Vietnamese (we have a large community in CZ) and Ukrainian (we have also this community for a while).
R2. Indeed, when a person has their browser in their local language but the form is in Czech or English he gets a mix - see the attached picture from my test 
R3. The language preference would be probably per user - based on their OS settings. If not then English or Czech (ie. the available one set as preferred)

Are there any specific scenarios or use cases where the current language setting method has caused issues?
Would you like the language preference to be set globally for all users or customizable per user?
