In addition to being able to send a message via Slack as an automation action, I would also like the ability to configure Assigned To notifications to be sent via Slack instead of via Email without the use of an automation.

I'd also like to add, if its possible to take the contents of the comment and send it to a slack channel, likely in an automation. Jon Darbyshire That would reduce email clutter immensely.
