For client/prospect follow up purposes, it would be great if we could text from the comms center. If would could write one text and have it sent both as an email and text at the same time would be great too. Thanks!

Could you please clarify if you want the message to be sent as an SMS or through a specific application?
Do you envision this feature to be used for marketing purposes, customer service, or both?
Would you like this feature to support multimedia messages or just text?

Jon Darbyshire Sent as SMS and it could be used in both customer service and marketing. And it should be just text.
