Shift view

In the services industry we need a way to assign shifts to users and to view this information in a timeline view where you can group the shifts by an Assigned field, but it needs to be limited to the Assignees, and not groups of Assignees.
Unassigned shifts can be dragged and dropped to a certain worker on a certain date.
The view should be able to change to Daily, Weekly, Monthly.
The closest you can get to this is using a Kanban view, but then you would have to create 365 options in a single select to have all the days of a year.
I have attached a screenshot from the current solution we are using: Connecteam.

Hey Eduard Ichim, thanks for your feedback! I have a few more questions for you:
- Can you provide more details on how you would like the shifts to be grouped in the timeline view?
- What specific information should be displayed for each shift in the timeline view?
- Could you clarify what you mean by 'limited to the Assignees, and not groups of Assignees'?

- The Shifts should be grouped by User/Asignee
- Starting and ending hour, Type of shift and Title of the shift
- I have attached a screenshot of a timeline view in which I tried to achieve something similar. As you can see in it, the groups are based on single or multiple Asignees and not only on individual ones.
