Email Signature Feature

I would like to have an email signature automatically included with every email I send out. This feature would help maintain consistency and professionalism in my communications.

Can this be combined with https://smartsuite.canny.io/feature-requests/p/signature-lines-in-emails Looks like there would be 90 votes - high demand.

Any update on this one? Would be extremely helpful to have a unique email signature for each user. Just html for text and img.

Absolutely agree with this request — having an email signature automatically included is essential for maintaining consistency and professionalism.
To build on this, I’d love to see SmartSuite support both:
A manual setup option, where each user can create and save their own signature in their account settings (rich-text preferred).
A native or integrated option to automatically pull the user’s existing signature from their connected email account (Gmail, Outlook, etc.), especially during the email sync/setup process.
It would also be helpful if the signature could be inserted using a field/token {{Signature}}, similar to how we can insert other fields (e.g., first name) in the message body so it can be positioned flexibly within templates or ad-hoc messages.
This is a pretty common feature across CRMs and would make SmartSuite feel even more complete on the email front.

We can not switch to email out of SS as we must have an email signature, we pay for the option but cant use it

Definitely agree. It'd be nice if it was located in the user's profile and we could use the image gallery to add branding. Admins would have access to all (for building email templates) while the users would only have access to their own email signature.
