Jon Darbyshire - I find myself planning my process more and more in smartsuite as I can now have a unique whiteboard in each record that lets me flow chart my process for a problem. My thoughts on the bubble cloud is that bubble clouds are universal indicators for showing that something has changed or is important and as a reminder that I have unfinished work at a specific spot in the whiteboard. It could be interesting to have a connection between the bubble linetype and a status field in the record that could automatically update itself based on the bubble type or bubble color. Say a red bubble sets Status to "Updated" and blue a bubble would set status to "Inprocess". Since the whiteboard is somewhat buried inside of the smartdoc I can see a great benefit if there was some way to automate and announce changes and updates..... maybe a way to @Mention from inside of a whiteboard? When a whiteboard gets larger than the screen where you can no longer read the entire thing, it is easy to lose track of something you are working on that is important. As far as bullet points go, I like to describe parts of my flowcharting process. For me a sequent bulletpoint list is better than a narrative. Also when I am building a Table I often will dummy it out in a whiteboard. Here I use a bullet point list for organizing the fields that are doing something complicated in the table. It would be really handy if the arrow could be attached to each bullet point, not just to the text box. (note image below). A few years ago i looked at every whiteboard I could find to see if anyone had this feature and no one did. I am really happy with how the white board has grown.... I wonder if maybe the whiteboard would also be good as a field type and not exclusively buried inside of smartdoc.
