As a SmartSuite user, I want the ability to sort messages in the Communication Center by a specified order, so that I can view the most recent messages at the top of the list without needing to scroll through older communications.
Desired Acceptance Criteria:
* Users can choose between ascending and descending order for message sorting.
* When sorted by descending order, the newest message appears at the top of the Communication Center.
* Sorting preferences are saved and persist upon reopening the Communication Center.
Additional Notes: This feature would greatly improve usability and efficiency, particularly for users with large volumes of communication, by providing quicker access to the latest messages.
