Sunsama Integration

Sunsama is a great daily planner. I think it would compliment SmartSuite extremely well. Could you please consider an Integration with this platform? The same has already been put on the Sunsama Canny.io (by someone else using SmartSuite) to Integrate these two awesome platforms. Thanks.

Agreed. MyWork really doesn't cut it for me, and I really need to manage ALL tasks in one place, pulling from the many places where they live, including SmartSuite.

Sadly I left SmartSuite as I simply couldn’t work out “MyWork”. The integration I requested didn’t seem to go any further.
Since that time I’ve used (and reused) a number of well known PM platforms. In my opinion, non of them really come close to what SmartSuite is doing and building.
I really wish they would give this some serious consideration. If they did, I’d give serious consideration to a return to SmartSuite (and build a system in it, and bring my team into it).
I might still give SmartSuite another go, but either MyWork needs a serious overhaul, or, better still, build a synch with Sunsama. A Zapier “zap” won’t do, as Sunsama doesn’t work that way. You don’t “import” every task into Sunsama until you are ready to work on it.
Please reconsider this request as I would really like to rejoin the SmartSuite family.
Thanks.

Hello Jon. What are the chances that a SmartSuite/Sunsama Integration could be on the short term radar?
I LOVE using Sunsama for daily planning and sticking in all of the little "one off" tasks that pop up here and there, but I also LOVE the SmartSuite environment (particularly the Project Management and the overall flexibility).
It would be absolutely fantastic if there could be an Integration between these two fantastic packages. Right now, Sunsama integrates with a fair number of Apps (Google Cal, Outlook, Todoist, G-Mail, Notion, ClickUp, GitHub, Jira, Trello and Asana).
So as you can see, this very versatile platform/planner is very much geared towards complimenting and collating tasks from MANY different sources and is NOT intended as a replacement for ANY tools or platforms, so it not only compliments various tools, it is also NOT intending to compete with them either.
Also, the guys at Sumsama (Ashutosh and Alex) are excellent to deal with and very responsive to any questions and issues.
The platform itself is SUPER stable and I honestly cannot remember EVER reporting a bug.
Can you please give this one some serious thought and consideration? For all of the strengths SmartSuite has, one area that it probably lacks in is some of the more granular planning and task execution (eg: MyWork, needs work (in my opinion). So this is where Sunsama would be a great addition.
I don't know how much work is needed at your end, because most of what Sunsama does is bring it tasks from various sources and synchs back when the task is complete.
Please let me know your thoughts on this one. The integration could also mean that Smartsuite could snag MANY existing clients wanting to jump ship from other PM Tools (like ClickUp, Trello and Asana).
Thanks.
Regards Brad Hawkins.

So it looks like SmartSuite has ironed out most (if not all) of the bugs with the Mobile App (awesome). Now all I need is for an integration between my Tasks ("My Work") to make this a seamless system.
Otherwise I feel like I can't get the tasks organised in a fashion that feels productive to my way of working (sorry, that's just how it is for me).
Really hoping that this integration can become a reality.
"MyWork" is a good start, but because it is limited in terms of overall views/layout etc, I find Sunsama is excellent for organising ALL of my tasks from VARIOUS sources. This tends to keep me in a "flow" state and I don't tend to suffer from "overwhelm" when working via Sunsama.
I am really hopeful that this can be considered and brought to fruition very soon.
Thank you.

It is also (currently) capable of bringing in tasks from Notion, ClickUp, Todoist, Jira, GitHub, Trello and Asana.
One can also create tasks directly from emails in GMail and Outlook.
Most of these have a two way sync so tasks can be completed within Sunsama and reflected in the respective platform.
Sunsama can also display all of these tasks along with other commitments by also bringing in various calendars including Google Calendars.
My preference is to use SmartSuite but would like to combine SmartSuite tasks along with tasks that are already in Google calendar (as a result of another program) and bring this all together in one planner.

+1 to this - sunsama is fantastic, and is a bit of "glue" to all these other apps we have going on in our lives

Richard Sillitto: Totally agree. This works exceptionally well for inputs from multiple sources (eg: Project Management, Email, Calendars etc).
Additionally it is a fantastic platform for planning out days, weeks etc.
It is a great platform and I am hoping it will be quickly added to the integration options.

Hi Guys. I know this hasn't got a high vote count (yet), but I really like working within SmartSuite but I also would like to continue using a Daily/Weekly Planner such as Sunsama.
It is a GREAT platform for planning out days/weeks and also bringing in tasks from multiple sources (currently syncs with Google Calendar, GMail, Outlook, ToDoist, Notion, ClickUp, GitHub, Jira, Trello & Asana).
Any chance this one can be fast tracked??? I would love to add SmartSuite to that list. I really want to use these two great programs in a seamless fashion.
Thanks!
