Currently, the email function in SmartSuite only allows files and images as attachments, which limits its usefulness for our support function. We frequently use screenshots, and the ability to embed images directly into emails would greatly enhance communication efficiency and clarity. It would be beneficial to have support for embedded images and more complex emails, including those with signature blocks.
