Dynamic attachments currently only support PDFs, CSVs, Excel files, and images. However, our workflows rely on AI to extract keywords and insights directly from uploaded assets. When users upload files that contain video, the system fails to process them because video formats are not supported. Forcing users to manually extract audio or separate video files creates a poor user experience and breaks seamless workflow automation.
