Tab Permissions for Conditional Tabs Logic

I would like the ability to create a rule that will only display a tab to my team and not all users. I don't see that option available when building my rules.

That is a needed feature to hide all fields in a tab by groups or users
Currently we have to go field by field and  hide them by group/user and it would be very helpful
forexample I have Employees table and some of the information is for HR ONLY instead of going field by field, I want to just put it in the Tab and noone but HR could see
