Time to retire the "Jon Darbyshire" AI Bot response
Peter G.
Or at least rename it to just that: "Jon Darbyshire AI Bot" or "SmartSuite AI Bot".
Does anyone at SS actually bother to read people's responses to the AI Bot's 3 canned questions? You have to wonder. My sense, based upon some of the webinars, is that Jon Darbyshire is a standup guy. I get the same sense from other SS employees based upon webinars and videos, as well. Why poison the well?
There's an old saying you're probably familiar with:
You can fool some of the people all the time.
You can fool all of the people some of the time.
But you can't fool all of the people all the time.
Time to get real, SmartSuite.

Changing the name is actually a good idea, just gives us the confidence it's actually THE Jon Darbyshire when Jon chimes in as we know he does. The Webinar Ai Jon Darbyshire is when it'll get really out of control!

I direct messaged SS, the say topic last month. I just make actual replies from Jon less impactful.

I've basically quit reading the forums because the AI response is so frustrating.

It’s one of the most annoying things and suggests the team at SmartSuite isn’t actually listening to us. Which is extra annoying considering it’s actually worth paying for.

Great to hear your perspective, Peter G.! I have a few more questions for you:
- What specific improvements would you like to see in the AI Bot's responses?
- How do you feel the current AI Bot's name affects your experience with the product?
- Are there any specific features or functionalities you would like the AI Bot to have?

Beautiful! You answered the post perfectly.

Peter G. I don't know, but this made me smile. 😊
