Yocheved Zelishovsky .We do allow each user to add a unique member avatar for this specific reason. Most members upload actual pictures, but we allow any type of image for this, which means you can also just use initials with a color.

I do realize that this is not exactly what you are requesting, but want to ensure you realize this as well. We will consider changing the auto creation method we use for new members to use random colors and not always use the orange we use now.
