Unrelated to the existing dependency field. I would like to be able to see the relationship of the upstream / downstream dependencies within an organization along with the ability to drill into each of the individual records displayed for more detail. Each layer is its own table in the hierarchy (Ex: A table for Business Units linked to a Processes table), but the color is determined by a status field that has common colors and values between them. Attached is a mockup using the Whiteboard tool.
