Very rarely actually need to click on Summary box (haven't needed to use it yet). Quite regularly need to click on scroll bar. Scroll bar is tiny requiring more time to navigate to those few specific pixels. Summary bar has much more height. Suggest swapping, but either way, request that scroll bar be given greater height.
