Jon Darbyshire, thanks for your assistance. First, the concept to centralize everything related to te business: a task, projects, etc. Team members have the need to send an audio message as remainder, requirements, etc. and one info is in WhatsApp and other in SmartSuite. The ideal case is to have all resources or information in the same place. Regards!

Jon Darbyshire audio messages would be welcome in SS so that when thay are added to a record, the voicenote is contextualized properly. Whatsapp is nice for team communication but anything related to a record should stay in SS.

A native recording feature where you can use as notes (would be a button clickable part of the options in rich text). You can either transcribe later or refer to directly for record reference.
