When a Comment is Added - Automation Trigger

I would like to have an automation trigger that activates when a comment is added to a record. This feature would enable various workflows, such as sending a Teams message to the original requestor and/or the person assigned to the record whenever a comment is added. This would streamline communication and ensure that all relevant parties are promptly informed of updates.

- I am wanting it to be an automation trigger so I can choose what actions happen from the list of available actions.
- It would be great to have some conditionals based on properties of the comment such as who submitted the comment. Example: When a comment is added to record, if "comment submitted by" is not equal to "assigned to", send a teams message to "assigned to". This would ensure the "assigned to" is only getting comments when its not a comment they submitted themself.
- I anticipate it being frequent since we use them with our ticketing solutions. It should be pretty quick if it is going to be an automation trigger
