This limitation is particularly evident in software like HubSpot, where only administrators can export data, and it is delivered via email, rather than a direct download, which is also present in the free version of HubSpot.

The reason for raising this issue is not to criticize your platform, but rather to highlight a potential vulnerability in terms of data security. When it comes to a CRM system, unrestricted data export can be a significant risk for businesses, especially as they grow in size. Imagine a 500-employee company; monitoring data export and preventing unauthorized data transfers becomes a critical concern. In this context, I'd like to propose a potential solution – the implementation of user-level export restrictions, allowing control over who can export data.

Additionally, I've observed that users can easily copy and paste records from your software, making it a potential point of vulnerability for data leaks. While your software is undeniably fantastic, especially as a no-code tool, this limitation might deter potential users who prioritize data security. In today's business landscape, safeguarding sensitive data is paramount, and I believe addressing this concern would further enhance your software's appeal.

I firmly believe that if you take action on this suggestion and implement user-level export restrictions, your software could become the number one product in the market with top-notch data security. For context, I recently transitioned from Monday.com due to concerns about data export capabilities and found your software to be far more user-friendly. At least in Monday.com, some users are unable to directly copy and paste data, which adds an extra layer of security.

Without proper export restrictions, there is a risk that data could find its way into unauthorized hands, possibly being sold in grey markets.
