Master Calendar for all Solutions
Master calendar View for all solutions instead of having to hop around. Maybe include a calender view in the My Work View. ClickUp has an Everything section where you can filter your entire workspace. This is helpful to get a quick overview of what you have going on, be it personal or clients.

Save Solutions as templates
We would like the ability to save a Solution as a template so we can reuse the template in the future. The template should include reports, but no data. We do understand that this can be done currently using the Duplicate solution feature - with or without data.

Outlook Calendar
We need an ability to link our Outlook appointments to records in SmartSuite for a better follow-up. The link should be working both ways: create or update a task in SmartSuite with new Outlook event gets created create or update events on the Calendar when Status of the record in SmartSuite changes

More Record Layout Options
In addition to the column options already available, I'd like the ability to further customize the record modal layout to better utilize screen space. Ex: Three column display that utilizes more of the available screen.

When duplicating a Solution, have the option to duplicate its Automations into the new Solution as well.

Gmail Sync for CRM Functionality
In order to use the system as a true CRM, it seems the only missing feature is the communication history which can be accomplished with an email platform integration (Gmail would be a great start). This would allow for any emails related to the email address in the contact record to be visible via the contact record. Ideally this info would also rollup into any associated account or opportunity records as well. Until then the view into the opportunities isn't complete and is only data related, which is great but especially for remote teams the history of conversations via email is necessary.

Create Records (Tasks) by mail
It could be nice if every app has an e-mail address. All mails send to this address will be new tasks. Furthermore it could also be nice to have each record (Task) its owin e-mail address and every mail send to this address could be and update of the record (task).

Organizing Solutions into Folders
With every client getting their own Solution. And every 20 clients being their own group for our staff. Grouping the solutions into folders would be a great step in the organization since after about 20-30 Solutions the list will get longer and will take time to search for each client. As well as separating the Solutions we use for our company vs our client Solutions.

Add integration with QuickBooks online
Add a full 2-way integration/sync with QuickBooks online with the ability to create/update customers, invoices, estimates, payments, etc.
