I understand that we are able to create a Document Designer or SmartDoc but it is all only able to export in PDF or in Excel/CSV/ Sheets. Is it possible to create an export with the fields into a future editable MS word document? It would be very helpful.

Ability to export the Kanban view to PDF or image format to fit on one page. Necessary for client deliverables. Export should retain groupings and structure as displayed within the software.

Please improve the export quality of PDFs! Additional formatting like being able to choose which fields are needed in the exported document.

Ability to export the time tracked in time format hh:mm:ss instead of text "6h 0m"

I have a solution where I created a shareable link for the entire solution, not just one view. It would be very helpful if external stakeholders who are viewing the solution could export a view into Excel. This would allow the person managing a smaller group, who works outside of our organization and doesn't have a SmartSuite account, to export the member list for their group and send out emails.

I love the visual of the donut chart; however, there is no 'data export' option (just a PDF), so the team would not be able to export the summary data in any way. It would be very helpful to have a data export option for donut charts to facilitate better reporting and analysis.

When I export the line items to PDF the fields that have no information entered show up as no value. Would it be possible to fix that it should just be left blank?

Some of my records evolve over time and it's easy to re-create fields or lose track of where they are in the record. It would be great to be able to export a record's field names and types (NOT values) in order to review and update the record's structure. Even better would be exporting everything field related: Field Name, Field Type, Selection Options, Default, Help Text Currently, I can export a record, dump the record data, re-format the headers of the export to rows (as they're the record's fields), but this doesn't include the record type or any default data or selection options (single or multiple). Lastly, if I were King of SmartSuite, I'd even make it possible to create a table by importing a spreadsheet containing: Field Name, Field Type, Selection Options, Default, Help Text as the import data.

It'd be helpful for the export options (such as page size) to be remembered when you export a PDF. It's a real faff to change them every time you do an export
