Need to support team assignments in: smartsuite actions and triggers (including Merge) emails notifications twilio looping

Extend looping to support list-type fields, specifically Assign To.

We would like SmartSuite to support on-call scheduling with rotations, primary and secondary coverage, escalation paths, and notification routing, so incidents can be assigned and escalated automatically to the right responders at the right time.

We would like SmartSuite to provide a secure server-side Script Engine that allows administrators to create, manage, schedule, and run JavaScript scripts in isolated environments, so teams can automate custom business logic, data transformations, and external system interactions without deploying custom backend services.

I would like to have an automation trigger that activates when a comment is added to a record. This feature would enable various workflows, such as sending a Teams message to the original requestor and/or the person assigned to the record whenever a comment is added. This would streamline communication and ensure that all relevant parties are promptly informed of updates.

To be able to use conditional logic around the actions in an automation similar to Airtable, ie not in the trigger but in the body of the auto.

Please consider adding an integration with CraftMyPDF for automated PDF document generation. CraftMyPDF allows users to generate PDF documents from templates and dynamic data. With a SmartSuite integration, users could automatically create invoices, contracts, certificates, proposals, reports, and other documents directly from SmartSuite records. This integration could allow users to: Generate PDFs when records are created or updated Map SmartSuite fields into document templates Save generated PDFs back to records automatically Automate document workflows without manual copy and paste This would be valuable for teams using SmartSuite to manage structured data and needing a simple way to generate professional PDF documents at scale.

When duplicating a Solution, have the option to duplicate its Automations into the new Solution as well.

We can now assign the start and end dates in a Due Date field separately in an automation, but we cannot add start and end TIMES the same way. For example, I want to be able to use an automation to create a record where I assign the due date from one field, and then the start time and end time from other field entries to allow for automatic schedule generation. Right now, our only options in update record for a due date field are the "entire field" or the "start date" or the "end date." We need a way to select and set the times as well.

I would like to have "Changes" added to the conditions options for Date field types like most other fields have. Right now, Date field types do not allow me to do something like this reference image which is an Address field type.
