Feature Requests

Ability to save an email and return to it. Currently you can only send the email or exit the email without sending. Besides for the additional functionality of being able to pause writing your email, open another record and return without losing your work, this is an issue party because there is no way to minimize the email screen to be able to continue working in Smartsuite without exiting (and losing your drafted email). Please allow users to save emails as drafts in the communication center and the ability to minimize the email screen and open a separate record without losing your work! PS - Drafts should only be visible to the user who wrote it.

For our emails we use a tabular format, however we cannot add a table in an email sent from communications center or in a template for emails:

As a SmartSuite user, I want the ability to sort messages in the Communication Center by a specified order, so that I can view the most recent messages at the top of the list without needing to scroll through older communications. Desired Acceptance Criteria: * Users can choose between ascending and descending order for message sorting. * When sorted by descending order, the newest message appears at the top of the Communication Center. * Sorting preferences are saved and persist upon reopening the Communication Center. Additional Notes: This feature would greatly improve usability and efficiency, particularly for users with large volumes of communication, by providing quicker access to the latest messages.

When we send an email from the communication center, we have to type the full email in ourselves, but it being connected to our outlook, it would be helpful if the contacts from outlook would populate as were typing the email in. Can contacts be imported for ease?

When I send out a template email, I want to then send a follow up if I haven't had a response but I would like to use a template for the follow up email. When I click reply, then select the template it glitches and starts a new thread rather than replying to the original email. It's valuable to reply using a template in the coms center rather than through Gmail.

When you send an email from in the comm center placing fields from the record, the smartdoc fields type size is different from the other fields. (Displays larger in desktop browser emails and smaller on mobile from surrounding text. The other field types seem to be consistent.

It would be useful to have an indicator or feature that helps identify items that need attention in the communications center. This would make it easier to manage and prioritize tasks.
